The great thing about Calf Raises is that ANYONE at any age can do them and you don’t need a single thing to do them. If you have little ones, challenge them to a Tippie Toes contest and teach them the Calf Raise. Have a running daily score board and see who can do the most. Older kiddos can see the benefits of Calf Raises in school athletics and should be encouraged to do sets throughout the day. One set of 20 takes 30 seconds tops. Do a couple of sets over the course of each day and see the benefits in no time.
