Kids Fit Matter understands the struggle. We like pizza and candy too, but we know that it isn’t good for you or your family. A sometimes indulgence is ok, but it shouldn’t be an everyday thing. So we’re trying to help. We cover everything from healthy news and advances in science, plus all the recipes your heart desires. We address how to get picky toddlers to eat new foods. How different foods (also known as veggies) can be hidden in foods so the kiddos don’t know and EVERYTHING in between. KFM wants to ensure you are being provided with healthy foods and a balanced diet to present to your children.
The best thing you can do for your kids is teach them this stuff at an early age. Allow them to help in the kitchen. If they are old enough to stir the bowl for you, let them. Teach them how to safely use knives and let them chop veggies (with supervision), test the muffins to see if they are done and more. It’s not enough to teach them what to eat, but teaching them how to prepare it is just as important. This is a life skill that all children need. Start them off in the kitchen right, with the skills and knowledge to prepare delicious, easy, healthy food. Kids Fit Matters is here to help!
