Healthy Mashed Potatoes for Thanksgiving!

As we approach Thanksgiving, the glorious holiday where American’s eat until our pants don’t fit, maybe it’s time to think about healthier options. You can still have all the delicious dishes you want, but you can swap them out for healthier versions. Less fat and less calories per serving is a good thing. Hopefully, the kids will eat it and not snub Aunt Suzie and her mashed potatoes in front of everyone. Try these Mashed Potatoes instead. Made with a different potato to cut calories, the whole family will love them and no one will know the difference.
