Start the week off with Yoga

Monday’s are the worst. There is no way around it. The family just had a nice, relaxing weekend and then it’s back to school/work/grindstone and the chaos that goes along with hitting your groove again. When things get to crazy, take 5 or 10 minutes of your day to refocus and do some yoga. Grab the kiddos and everyone follow along. It’ll help make Tuesday better!
