The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently updated their requirements for Nutrition Labels. We all know those labels found on food that say thing like "calories per serving 180" which make you feel good about how many calories you are eating until you've eaten the whole bag of whatever and realize it says 4 servings per bag!! Well, the FDA said enough and made some changes. They are trying to make it SUPER clear how much you should eat. The design was refreshed to include bigger type reflecting the calories, serving size, and servings per container. Also changed was the Daily Value footnote to read: "The % Daily Value tells you how much a nutrient in a serving of food contributes
