Try a baked Ham & Cheese for a twist on a classic

Ham and Cheese is a lunch time classic. It’s hard to go wrong with this easy sandwich. Today we’re trying a recipe that dresses it up in Slider form with the added pop of BBQ sauce. You can make these up over the weekend and then stick the extras (if there are any) in lunch boxes on Monday. Enjoy & eat up!

Baked Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ingredients
  1. 1 pound deli ham sliced thin
  2. 10 small sandwich buns
  3. 10 slices provolone cheese sliced thick
  4. 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  5. Mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Slice sandwich buns, and lay flat on a large baking dish
  3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the top part of each bun
  4. Pile the ham on the bottom part of each bun, and top ham with barbecue sauce
  5. Heat in the oven until cheese begins to melt
  6. Close the buns, and cook until fully melted and heated through
  7. Top with barbecue sauce
  8. Enjoy!
