Mornings are chaos. Trying to juggle kids, pets, spouse, plus yourself…who has time for that. Not you! On top of all that you are expected to feed those hoodlums a healthy breakfast? Who is going to feed you a healthy breakfast?

Well today’s recipe is one you can put on the counter and let the kids assemble for themselves. Waffle Breakfast Pizza is a fan favorite. Let hoodlums pick out their favorite toppings and assemble the way they prefer. In a hurry…sub in frozen Eggo waffles, just remember to heat them up first. 

Waffle Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
  1. 1 Waffle (homemade or frozen)
  2. 1 Tablespoon of honey
  3. 4 Tablespoons Peanut butter
  4. Sliced fruit - your choice - strawberries, blueberries, bananas, peaches - whatever is in season!
Instructions
  1. Make waffle in iron or toast waffle according to package directions.
  2. Drizzle honey over waffle, keeping it in the pockets.
  3. Smear entire waffle with peanut butter.
  4. Top with sliced fruit - squish into peanut butter so it doesn't fall off.
  5. Devour.
