You'll want to stuff your face with this stuffing!

Thanksgiving dinner just isn’t complete without Stuffing. Some people like to go fancy with their stuffing and others do it inside the turkey. You can do whatever your heart desires, but this year we’re going with simple and delicious. This simply herby stuffing is the way to go. Bonus, it’s an easy and healthy recipe. Sometimes less is more. Enjoy. 

Simply Herby Stuffing

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cups unsalted chicken stock
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 12 ounces toasted sourdough bread cubes
  4. 5 garlic cloves, minced
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  7. 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  8. 1 tablespoon chopped sage
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  11. Cooking spray
Instructions
  1. 1. Combine chicken stock and eggs. Add toasted sourdough bread cubes.
  2. 2. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil. Stir garlic mixture, parsley, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper into bread mixture. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Bake stuffing at 350° for 45 minutes in an 11 x 7-inch ­baking dish coated with cooking spray.
